1. Eligibility

• Be a registered business entity (for business accounts)
• Complete our KYC/AML verification process
• Not be located in a prohibited jurisdiction

1Chain provides:

• Stablecoin payment processing and settlement
• Cross-border payment infrastructure
• API access for payment integration
• Multi-currency wallet services
• Compliance and reporting tools

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Promptly report any unauthorized account access

4. Fees and Payments

Transaction fees, service charges, and payment terms are outlined in our pricing documentation. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days advance notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by 1Chain. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as intended. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Chain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
